Located just one block off old Route 66 in downtown Santa Rosa, NM, Mr Bee’s Coffee is family owned and operated. It’s definitely worth getting off Interstate 40 for a quiet drive on original Route 66. Located at 400 Corona Avenue, Mr. Bee’s Coffee is open Monday through Friday 8am to 2pm and closed Saturday and Sunday.
A full breakfast and lunch menu is available in addition to your favorite drink and some unique specialties. Daily fresh-baked pastries are made in-house! I ordered my regular iced coffee and a chai latte. Specialties include a Santa Rosa Mocha (espresso, steamed milk and chocolate spiced with cinnamon and red chile). This mocha is also available iced.
There’s also a Zia Latte with a sweet blend of cinnamon and anise that’s also available iced. In addition, try a Luna Latte with the flavor of lavender and vanilla!
Street parking is available and plenty of seating inside with great friendly folks. You won’t regret this coffee shop stop-over! Locals love it and you will, also!
