If you haven’t been to Devoted Grind Coffee in Odessa yet, what exactly are you doing with your life? Honestly, if your morning routine doesn’t involve their brown sugar shaken espresso, are you even awake?

This locally-owned gem was started by a husband-and-wife duo who said, “You know what West Texas needs? Less dust and more caffeine.” And they delivered. Fun fact: they actually built the shop themselves—like, with actual tools and lumber. Ever had a latte served by someone who used a nail gun to make your table? Adds flavor. Probably.

Their menu is a full-blown caffeine playground. From cold brews (the sweet cream is a kicker) that could revive a cactus to seasonal drinks that taste like life gave you a high five, they’re not here to play it safe.

Go for the coffee, stay for the vibes, and maybe pretend you’re “working remotely” while sipping something that tastes like ambition and a little bit of chaos. You’ve earned it. Probably.

Christian based coffee house. Nicole & Clarrisa

Normal espresso drinks (be sure to try the Apple Pie Oat Milk Double Espresso), refreshers,

Their menu includes bagel breakfast sandwiches, a farmhouse breakfast sandwich and more. Plenty of parking and easy access.

Located in North Odessa at 1831 E 87th St M-F 6-6; Saturday 7-4 Closed Sun
