This is my favorite artisan coffee shop ever! Bold statement, I know, but the immediate impression is that of crafted coffee! Notice the counter steam taps. You can watch as your drink is crafted.
If you order a cup of coffee, the assumption is you want a pour-over. Notice the menu. If you prefer a drip coffee, they do have that, but you are cheating yourself! In addition, there are the usual pastries and sandwiches made in the kitchen.
Plenty of seating inside and outside for visits, studying, etc. Very clean with happy and knowledgeable baristas. I asked for an iced coffee and they recommended a cold brew which was very good.
Yellow Brick was founded in 2011 when a brother and sister team began roasting single origin coffee and supplies roasts available for wholesale or retail customers.
