Located in Alamogordo, New Mexico,in an unassuming building with a coffee flag outside.This coffee roaster is a perfectionist. We visited with Mike, who has been roasting for 11 years, for an hour and still had more to talk about concerning coffee and the coffee business.
If you are anywhere near Alamogordo you must make an effort to go see Mike. Various roasts are available for purchase. We picked a bag of Mexican (for iced coffee), Columbian, Kenya, Ethiopian GR2. All these were beans as we have a grinder at home. These, and more, are available as whole beans or already ground. Anxious to try them!
